Steps to create the final version of a paper included in the Proceedings of ICCEP Conference

1. Use the A4 IEEE conference template that you can find here:

https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

2. Note: there is not a limited number of pages for the final paper. Nevertheless, recommended length is between 6 and 8 pages.

3. Create a PDF version of the manuscript and check the compatibility with IEEE Xplore® PDF specifications. You can find more information here:

4. Proofread and check the layout of your manuscript

5. Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account

6. Upload source file(s) for conversion; and/or PDF file(s) for checking the compatibility with IEEE standards

7. Use IEEE PDF eXpress (conference data here) to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file(s). The website contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.

8. Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file(s) here.
