POSTER SESSIONS
Guidelines for poster sessions
During the poster session, one of the authors must present the poster and answer questions from other delegates. Your poster board space is 841 mm x 1189 mm (A0 format).
The file should be printed in “high quality”.
Poster Tips:
- Text: Lettering for text and illustrations should use a font size of at least 36 points.
- Objectives: Your poster should include three to five brief sentences outlining the information necessary to understand the study, and why it was done. The questions asked and/or the hypotheses tested should be clearly and succinctly stated.
- Methods: Outline your methods briefly, providing key details for new methods, or improvements of previous methods.
- Visuals: Results presented in the form of graphs or charts are always more effective than blocks of text. Provide a legend for symbols ad other details.
- Conclusions: State the main conclusions of the study succinctly at the end.
